- Living Room - TV and access to the outdoor deck, with sofa and 2 chairs. Games, puzzles and cards are in the cabinet.

- Three 12 x 12 stalls available for Inn Guests horses (advanced notice required. All horses must have proof of vaccines and coggins, pricing upon request)
- Laundry - (side by side W/D) with detergents and cleaning products.
- Main bedroom - King bed, chair, luggage rack and closet
- Second bedroom - Twin bed, desk, viewing window to horse stalls, closet with luggage rack. Access to loft with queen bed.
- Bathroom - Shower and double vanity. No feminine products in toilet, we are on septic.
- Fire pit and hot tub - Area with corn hole and horse shoes
- Trails for walking/riding
Day trail riding trips offered for 2 – 3 people with CHF horses.
